During my two-week visit in KL, I was fortunate to find CrossFit Vidatha to continue my regular training routine in the US. The place is easy to find, extremely clean and filled with the equipment for both metric and American units, even the conversion is posted on the wall. The coaches are very professional. They coached each individual at his/her own pace and ability. They focused on the fundamentals of the positions but push you to perform. I was extremely happy with my experience at CrossFit Vidatha. If you are looking for a box in KL, this is the ONE!
