I've been coming here for the better part of 2 years now and the workouts are still fresh and effective. The trainers are focused, experienced and motivating. Prices are quite reasonable too in comparison to other places

During my two-week visit in KL, I was fortunate to find CrossFit Vidatha to continue my regular training routine in the US. The place is easy to find, extremely clean and filled with the equipment for both metric and American units, even the conversion is posted on the wall. The coaches are very professional. They coached each individual at his/her own pace and ability. They focused on the fundamentals of the positions but push you to perform. I was extremely happy with my experience at CrossFit Vidatha. If you are looking for a box in KL, this is the ONE!

Really supportive trainers. Workout made to push you to achieve your best and a great group of people coming every day. Be a long time coming this getting fit lark, but am loving it so far!

The coaches are definitely amongst the best to be found, and they are always willing to help accommodate any limitations you have. Form is given top priority, so you know theres less risk of injury. The people are warm, welcoming and you grow addicted to them ;). Come for the WOD, stay for the community

The trainers at Vidatha are brilliant. I love the way they scale you so that you can see progression. have visited other gyms but Vidatha is packed with variety. Thanks Madhu, Jen, Adrian and Jay for changing the way I feel.
