Awesome trainers. I started with zero flying experience and zero experience with drones.

At the end of the 3 day course, I am able to fly the drone far and high and able to get the drone to return to me. The trainers were able to help me build confidence that I do not need to be able to look at the drone in the sky to fly, can just fly with the controller!

Multiple scenarios practiced, including a situation where the drone was flown by the trainer to a far away location (without me looking where it was flown to) and the controller was blacked out. My task was to bring the drone home with the control sticks only with no visible instruments - just look at the sky far far away, spot the drone and bring it home with just the sticks.

One can absolutely go from zero to hero in just 3 days.

In the meantime, a lot of attention is focused on safety to ensure that drones are you, I am safe and people around me are safe.
