Subsequently, he joined a boutique corporate law firm with offices in Kuala Lumpur and Singapore where he acted in the acquisition of a controlling stake of a major utility corporation valued at nearly RM750 million.

He now practises primarily in corporate commercial, banking, property and trade mark laws. At times, he advises on the formulation of litigation strategies and dispute resolution.
