Yoga has been in multi-faceted roles in the market research industry with an experience totaling more than 11 years. She started her career from Project Management & Operations division, before moving into Business Development and worked all the way up to become the General Manager of QPA Malaysia. During this period, she had experience running multiple projects as well as dealing with international clients from overseas. Yoga’s USP is her ability to confidently handle both qualitative and quantitative methodologies – a particular advantage to clients who are undertaking integrated projects. Her winning difference is providing versatile research offering by utilizing the depth of her experience. Yoga caters a proactive and efficient field services and she is especially driven by a passion for understanding how context and culture influence beliefs and behavior.

Vaani has been in the Market Research industry for over 9 years. She has worked in various leading Market Research agencies namely IDC, Kantar MY and Blackbox Research Singapore.


Prior to starting up YoVa, Vaani was leading the Qualitative Project Management and Operations team at Kantar Malaysia. She has extensive experience in coordinating local and multi-country studies.

Vaani has managed myriad of large-scale projects both in Public Policy and Commercial which includes Government Ministries in Singapore, FMCG, healthcare, financial, automotive, O&G and many other categories.

She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing from Nottingham Trent University.

Anu started her career in market research industry as a freelance Project Assistant (PA) at Kantar Malaysia in 2013. She had assisted in various projects on fieldwork coordination for the last 9 years.

Her exposure to qualitative methodologies had groomed and developed her interest in operations and project management. In 2018, she joined YoVa as the Operation Manager, supporting us on all field related responsibilities.

Julian have over 9 years of experience in the research field with experience in a variety of industry ranging from automotive, fuels, lubricants, brown and white goods, IT, banking, insurance to FMCG products such as beverages and snacks.
