Started out with one humble outlet in Changkat, back in 2005, Kana Theva is not a stranger in the hospitality industry. Back then getting a good and well cooked steak was not as easy as nowadays, this is when Kana saw the opportunity and took the leap to start the business on his own. Backed with a good sense of business and great customer service, the one outlet has become the favorite of the many expats and locals that live around the Changkat area. It was hard to get tables on the weekends back then (as it is also nowadays) people queuing up to visit Pampas, for we are well-known for the perfectly done steak, each and every time. We rarely have comments where customers are not happy with the steak. Of course it’s not perfect all the time, but we do try hard to ensure every single steak that we serve is satisfactory.

I absolutely love the ambiance of this antique restaurant! It has a nostalgic Nyonya vibe that takes you back in time. The belacan sambal is incredibly delicious and authentic. The service was friendly and efficient, even during busy hours. The prices are reasonable, especially considering the bustling location. I brought a Thai friend along, and they were really impressed with the food. A big thank you to the team for a wonderful dining experience!

Love the chicken satay, lean and well cooked. I could eat it without the peanut sauce. Peanut sauce is nice and I finished it too, together with the cucumber, red onions, and rice cakes. Tried the laksa and it is good. Cendol is ok. Will definitely come again for satay.

This is the first time I ate in here. Well the taste was beyond my expectation. Rich of flavour, big portion for lunch, and good ambience
