Love how the yoga classes here incorporate meditation - some breath work and sound bath and not just physical movements! I really enjoy all the classes and it has been my go-to place for yoga and meditation.

The instructors here are lovely and i always enjoy attending the yoga classes here!

I discovered Ohanajo possibly about 6 months ago and have been going there weekly since. It’s the best therapy/yoga/meditation class all in one. I went there at one of my lowest points and honestly I feel very blessed and extremely grateful as to how a mere 6 months have transformed myself emotionally and mentally in such an amazing way. I’m so glad I’ve found a great meditation/yoga studio in KL! Tried four different classes by Alex, Jojo, Savvy and Mindy respectively, and they were all so good in their own way (I particularly enjoyed the sound baths!) Not to mention the pleasant environment (the entire space is scented with essential oils ) with soothing meditation music playing in the background. I would highly recommend Ohanajo to anyone looking to start practicing mindfulness, meditation, and yoga.
